Bookkeeping Only Property: PEKA is not responsible for providing owners, purchasers or mortgagees, or their agents as the case may be, information outlined in Section 39 and Section 44 of the Condominium Property Act of Alberta, or an 'Information Statement with Estoppel Certificate', as may be outlined in any Residential Real Estate Purchase Contract. In the event that the above-noted information is requested by an owner, purchaser or mortgagee, or agent thereof, PEKA will forward the information request to the board as a courtesy but will not act as the official go between. The inquiring party is to deal with the board directly and may wish to pull the registered board of directors from land titles, as PEKA cannot release contact info for privacy reasons. PEKA will upon written request of the Board Representative, provide a current Owner Ledger and abbreviated form of an 'Estoppel Certificate' to the Board Representative within three business days of receiving that request, which Ledger outlines all charges to the account of the owner and payments received by PEKA and applied to the account of the owner.
